Approved designs are machined with millimetre precision in our high-tech CNC workshop and meticulously assembled by our expert craftsmen.

Testing and Delivery

Yes. In addition to our standard models, we design custom moulds and manufacture machines based on the technical drawing or sample of the aluminium profile you will be processing.
All our machines are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years. We also provide a spare parts supply guarantee for the lifetime of the machine and 24/7 remote technical support.
This depends entirely on the profile you will be working with. If you require speed and mass production, we recommend Pneumatic (Air) systems; if you require high power for very thick and hard profiles, we recommend Hydraulic (Oil) systems.
Our machines are delivered fully assembled and ready for testing, following a plug-and-play approach. You only need to connect the air or electrical supply. No complex installation is required.
Our standard models are usually dispatched from stock on the same day. Projects requiring custom moulds are delivered within an average of 10-15 working days, depending on workload.
Absolutely. The staples and blades we use comply with standards and are replaceable. If they become blunt, you can easily obtain replacements from us or on the market and change them yourself.
